Son of George and Mary Stormont Law from Calgary; Alberta; Canada; Husband of Virginia Law from Calgary.

On November 2, 1944 there were as many as two planes down in Erp. First, a Lancaster III 15 Squadron, F / O R.J. Hoggard as a pilot. That was at 14:17 pm. Probably this Lancaster engaged in transport and supply mission. He crashed due to a collision with another Lancaster same squadron, which came down in Veghel. Of which Lancaster survived none of the crew members of the Lancaster in Erp we know that there are three crew members were killed.

Those were two Australians and a Canadian. It was pilot F / O Robert John Hoggard (21) (RAAF); navigator F / O Ian Law (30) (RCAF) and P / O Owen Frederick Meredith (21) (RAAF). What happened to the other crew members, is still unclear.
