Crashed at Scherpenrijd Overakker 2 km east of Eindhoven.

The aircraft, a Wellington, was flown by pilot Fletcher and was on a raid to Duisburg, crashed at 02:10. Departed from Airport Marham at 23:49.
Total volume of this attack were 291 aircrafts: 170 Wellingtons, 36 Stirlings, 29 Lancasters, 39 Halifaxes, 17 Hampdens and 10 Mosquitos.
10 Wellngtons, 1 Halifax and 1 Hampden were lost.
Due to the time of the crash we do not expect they have ever reached Duisburg.
