Son of Archibald and Sime or Helen L. Sime from Dundee

On July 21, 1944, around 1:30 in the morning crashed AVRO Lancaster 1 in Commerce at the end of the Osse Kapelweg.
None of the passengers survived the crash.
They had departed from Airfield Ludford Magna and had dropped their bombs on Homberg in Germany.
All are buried in Eindhoven, except Airgunner Pilot Officer I.M. Hanon of the Royal Canadian Airforce. He was buried in Groesbeek.
