Saturday, July 22, 1944 at 1:45 pm crashed a plane in a pasture in Onrooi at the Nederwettensestraat. Shot by NF LT. J. Förster of the army unit 8./NJG2.
Ascended of airport Tuddenham destined Homburg aiming to bomb the aviation factories.
All seven British soldiers dead. Immediately two Englishmen found dead and later killing five Englishmen found in September 1945, which are buried in the cemetery of the Sacred Heart Church.
